TROMPE POWER
Scroll Down there's lots of good information here.

A Trompe water pump operates by downhill moving water. As shown, water flows from an upper reservoir, to a lower one, with just enough fall to keep the water moving. At the top, air bubbles are inserted into the downward flow.

Trompes have been used in mining, and may go down for 250 feet, but how much you will need needs to be tested.

At the bottom, flow is spread out so as to slow down the water flow, and release the bubbles into a bubble pump. Then as shown, water is pumped into the air, just like a wave-actuated blowhole.

You can catch this water and use it to generate electricity, as Iíve shown on this website.
